Returns & Refunds policy

Please be aware that our policy states there are no refunds for sessions booked. We encourage you to thoroughly consider your decision before making a commitment, as energy work will commence upon booking.

However, under certain circumstances, a small percentage of your payment may be refunded as store credit. This applies to any amount exceeding $90 per hour for sessions that were not rebooked by someone else, and is limited to Bodywork, massage, hypnotherapy, and AO Solex services. The store credit can be used toward future services. It is essential to understand this policy clearly, as it reflects our commitment to providing quality energy work while respecting the time and resources dedicated to each session. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to supporting your journey.

For trainings and workshops All sales are final. Payment plans are available, but they must be paid off before training begins. No refunds will be issued if you'll change your mind after making several payments; those payments will be forfeited.
